Richard Ezzard - Director
Richard entered the Broking Industry
in 1994 after leaving a Management position at United Credit Union.
Richard has built up and serviced a large customer base over the
past eight years and is proud now to be
able to offer you a comprehensive range of mortgage products as
a plan member.
Richard commenced his career in the banking and finance industry
in 1980 and during this time has
worked for banks a finance company and a credit union and has had
experience in a broad range of lending.

Richard Aves - Director
Richard joined Purely Finance in September 2002, bringing
with him a wealth of banking and financial experience. Prior to
joining Purely Finance Richard spent 15 years with the National
Australia Bank. During his time Richard worked in a number of different
roles, including as a Mobile Mortgage Manager - specialising in
home loans. He is also well skilled in all types of finance, including
commercial, leasing and personal. Over his years in the finance
industry Richard has become well known and recognised as delivering
outstanding customer service and providing correct financial solutions
to individual needs.

Nick Aves - Director
Nick joined Purely Finance in September 2002, bringing with
him extensive finance and business knowledge.
Prior to joining Purely Finance, Nick spent 18 years with the National
Australia Bank. During his time Nick worked in a number of different
roles, including as a Branch Manager and various lending manager roles.
Nick is experienced in all aspects of finance from personal loans,
home loans & business finance to complex financial applications.

Steve Wilson - Finance Manager
Steve joined Purely Finance in March 2005 and brings with
him years of experience in the finance industry. Steve worked previously
for 14 years with the ANZ Bank where he undertook a variety of roles
successfully including that of branch manger specialising in home

Steve Garvin - Finance Manager
Steve joined the Purely Finance team in January 2005, after
finishing his University Degree at Murdoch University which is home
to one of the most recognised business schools in the state. Steve
excels in providing outstanding customer service and has the ability
to help his clients understand the often complex and confusing world
of finance. Already a home owner and investor himself, Steve is

Ryan Rawlins - Finance Manager
Ryan joined Purely Finance in December 2007, after making the move
from another prominent brokerage. Ryan commenced in the Finance
Industry in February 2006, after spending two years travelling overseas.
With a genuine interest in Real Estate, and a successful property
investor himself, Ryan is passionate about helping others to achieve
their financial goals.
He believes that the first step to achieving this is often as simple
