Michelle- Purely Finance. 'We got there finally!" Michelle was able to provide solutions to or financial needs in order to sell our exisiting property and move onto to our much bigger home. Michelle was always happy to take a call or email to alleviate any concerns or queries that we had. Purely Finance were able to provide other services to us to review our superannuation and insurances as well. It was a pleasure to work with Michelle and although our loan wasn't straight forward, all parties involved were kept abreast of any issues that arose and dealt with swiftly. We are finally in our new home and very happy with it and all the extra space we have. Thank you Michelle.
I was recommended to see Richard Aves by both a work colleague & a friend. Both had used Richard for housing loans. Richard & Anne-Marie Beattie were extremely helpful & I felt in good hands from the start to the finish. Thank you Richard & Anne-marie, was an absolute pleasure having you guys put this all together for me. Greg Hawley
Michelle was our mortgage broker & from the get go was nothing short of amazing ! She made it so easy! She explained everything we were signing & got all the paperwork ready for us, even came to our house everytime there was something to explain. She told us to practically just go find a house we like & she would do the rest. 6 days later we made an offer on our first home! Michelle was very supportive from the start & literally made this experience a great one! We have recommended her to everyone !
The Banking Royal Commission painted a very poor image of mortgage brokers in its recommendations. Our experience has been completely the opposite when dealing with Steve Garvin. This is the second time Steve has helped us refinance (once before and once after the Commission) and we feel we could not have been in better hands. He kept us fully informed of options and progress, and was upfront about how and by whom he is paid. We have no doubt that our best interests were his primary goal, a marked difference to when we dealt with the Big Four and their subsidiaries. Matt and Morag Robertson
